Light + Vibe is a 30-minute guided circuit designed to reset your nervous system, activate your lymphatic flow, and sculpt healthier fascia through intentional breathwork, red-light therapy, and targeted high-frequency vibration.Every class rotates through a specific targeted focus — full body, face sculpting, neck + shoulders, low back release, or lymphatic activation — giving you a precision-based experience each time.
