This She Rises conversation explores how movement, nourishment, and daily life conditions work together to support strength, energy, resilience, and long-term capacity across midlife and beyond. Designed for women at different stages of engagement, the session moves beyond prescriptive advice to focus on understanding what sustains health within real lives.
Panelists will examine how steady, responsive practices support function and longevity, how context shapes what is realistic, and how women can make informed choices without pressure to pursue idealized standards. The discussion highlights meaningful indicators of well-being, strength, stability, recovery, and adaptability, and addresses common tensions such as sustaining progress, navigating conflicting information, and adapting to changing bodies.
