Smooth, silky milk and beautiful latte art — it’s what takes your coffee from “good” to “café-worthy.” In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of milk steaming and how to pour simple, consistent latte art at home or behind the bar.

We’ll start by covering what makes milk foam work — how milk texture, temperature, and steam position all come together to create that glossy microfoam. You’ll practice steaming milk for different drinks, learn how to control aeration and stretching, and get plenty of time to pour on the bar.

Once you’ve got the texture right, we’ll move into the fun part: pouring latte art. You’ll start with basic shapes like the heart and tulip, and learn how body position, flow rate, and pitcher control make all the difference.

By the end, you’ll know how to:
