The power of singing can connect pregnant women with their bodies, souls, and babies in an incredible way. It can also be a great way to release stress and tiredness. Vocalising andsinging is a powerful channel to recall our inner creative side, leading to a unique voice. In pregnancy we can connect deeply with our baby with lovely lullabies, which will give to him/her comfort and after birth the baby will recognize the mother’s voice.
The workshop will include a prenatal yoga session by a midwife including specific breathwork and yoga positions to support the pregnant body and prepare for birth.
During the workshop we will also practice some singing techniques that also help to have better awareness and control of the pelvic area and to release and relax these muscles (this
technique can be used during labor too).
This workshop will also be an opportunity to connect with other women who are on similar journeys and to support each other.
