This event will be a powerful opportunity to clear out any physical, mental and emotional blockages through the power of transformational breathwork, in a safe and supportive environment.
This is one of the most powerful techniques that we share at Sanya. It uses conscious connected breath and evocative music to help you enter a 'holotropic' state of mind. In this state, the voices of the monkey mind subside, we get more in touch with how we feel (both physically and emotionally) and we open ourselves up to the deep wisdom held beneath. In this state we often get a new perspective on the challenges in our life, seeing new connections and opening deeper to the compassion for all the people involved in our life situations.
Breathwork really helps us learn to trust our inner healing and tap into a deep spiritual wisdom that we all have within us, but whose voice is often muffled by our tensions, fears and anxieties.
3pm - 3.30pm - Intro & Breathwork Guidelines
3.30pm - 5pm - Transformational Breathwork
5pm onwards - Integration, Tea, Relaxation & Spa time
Use of spa & sweet snack included.
Don't forget your swimwear if you wish to make use of our pool & spa facilities 🙂
Recommended to eat 2 hours before the workshop.

Host: Yasmin de Giorgio is the founder of Sanya and has been holding space through yoga, meditation, breathwork and other modalities for over 15 years.
Workshop & Event Cancellation Policy:
When signing up to any event or workshop, full payment is required upfront. If you need to cancel for any reason, we require at least 4 days advance notice. When cancelling at least 4 days prior to the event, the full amount will be credited to your account at Sanya (must be used within 3 months). This credit can be used towards any yoga class, service or workshop offered. If you cancel less than 4 days prior to the event, you will be charged the full amount and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit note.
