Surrounded by the soothing sounds of gongs, singing bowls, and gentle percussion, you’ll be invited into a calm and grounding space where the body can relax and the mind can settle.
A peaceful hour to pause, reset, and begin the day feeling more balanced, spacious, and refreshed.

Please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable, a yoga mat, blanket, cushions, or a chair. Warm layers are always a good idea so you can fully relax 🤍
