Sometimes it all just feels like… too much.Your mind is busy.
Your body feels tense or on edge.
And no matter what you do, you can’t quite settle.
I see this so often in my classes, and the people around me.
And most of the time, it’s not that we need more information—we’re full enough as it is. It’s that we need space to slow down, feel safe in our body, and come back to ourselves.
That’s why I’ve created Back to Yourself.
A gentle 3-week somatic yoga experience to help you:
– feel calmer and more grounded
– release built-up tension
– regulate your nervous system
– and reconnect with a sense of ease inside yourself
Alongside the movement and rest practices, I’ll also be sharing a few simple ways to support your nervous system in everyday life, based on Ayurvedic principles.
These are small, gentle things you can actually use, not overwhelm you. They’re simple ways to invite calm and steadiness to your body and mind. Nothing complicated. Just simple ways to help your body feel safe again.
This isn’t about pushing, fixing, or doing more.
It’s a space to slow down, soften, and feel like you again.
📍 Starts: Thursday 7 May, 1-3pm at Happy Om.
📍 3 sessions over 6 weeks (time for you to integrate)
