We are very excited to be hosting our first-ever Little Lifts Retreat for people who have received a Little Lifts Box during primary breast cancer treatment and who are based in Norfolk and Suffolk. This retreat is an opportunity to connect with others, build community and enjoy a variety of wellness activities.
We would love to welcome you to this special event!
What is The Little Lifts Retreat?
Located at the wonderful SynFyr Barns in Norfolk, the retreat will take place on the 5th, 6th and 7th of May 2026 from 10 am to 4 pm each day.
The retreat is open to anyone who has received a Little Lifts Box for primary breast cancer and who are based in Norfolk or Suffolk (people with a Norfolk or Suffolk postcode or who have been treated at a Norfolk or Suffolk Hospital).
When and where is it?
The retreat will take place over 3 days. There is no overnight stay, so you will need to travel to the venue each day.
What to expect?
There will be a variety of activities over the 3 days, including restorative yoga, sharing circles and meditation, as well as a chance to connect with others. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
A little bit more about the process
We have limited spaces for this retreat (16 people). To make this a fair process, we will:
Allow people to register their interest and apply.
We will shut applications by the 30th March 2026 or before if we reach our application limit.
People will be notified if they have been successful by the 1st of April 2026 after a random draw.
We will at this point ask for your non-refundable deposit of £30.

* A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure your place. Payment for this will be due on confirmation of your place.
*Why do we ask for a non-refundable deposit? As a small charity we need to safeguard our costs, so we ask for a small donation to secure your place.
*Travel costs are not provided by Little Lifts.
*Please note all attendees are drawn at random.
*Attendees selected will need to complete additional information questions. This is so that we can offer you the best possible experience, as well as adhering to monitoring, evaluation, and funding requirements.
