Start the second day of The Wellist Forum the way it deserves to begin — moving, breathing, and arriving fully before the room fills. Led by transformational coach and Kundalini teacher Kelle Jacob, this one-hour Kundalini Yoga and Meditation session is built to wake the body, regulate the nervous system, and clear mental space for a day of real conversation about the future of wellness. Expect dynamic kriyas, intentional breathwork, and a closing meditation designed to leave you sharper, calmer, and more present than your second cup of coffee ever could.

This is for the builders, founders, and executives who know that how you walk into a room shapes what you take out of it — and for anyone who wants to meet April 17 as their most grounded self.

• Tune In: A centering sequence to arrive in your body and leave the hallway chatter behind.

🏫 Who: Kelle Jacob is the founder of ASRI Wellness, a Kundalini teacher, and a master hypnotherapist whose Embodiment Method blends neuroscience, subconscious reprogramming, and somatic practice to create lasting, identity-level change. With over a decade of experience in human behavior and transformation, her work helps high-achieving leaders release subconscious blocks, regulate their nervous systems, and step into aligned, purpose-driven leadership with clarity and confidence.

🚙 Parking: The Miami Design District offers self-parking on NE 40th Street and surrounding garages. Rideshare is the easiest option for early-morning arrivals.

♥️ Bring: Yourself, a water bottle, and clothing you can move in. Yoga mats will be provided courtesy of MUNA — just show up. Light bites will be available after class, generously provided by Veggies Made Great, so you can refuel before the Forum begins.

⏰ Arrival: Please arrive by 7:00 AM to settle in, grab your mat, and find your spot. Class begins promptly at 7:15 AM.
