Wellist Week: YVO Warrior Tribe (Coconut Grove)

You’re invited to a 3-mile women’s ruck (walking with weight) through Coconut Grove.

We meet Fridays at 8:50am at THE WELL Coconut Grove Gallery (next to Fresh Market) and head out at 9:00am for movement and connection.

Bring your own vest, walk without one, or borrow from us—limited vests available on a first-come basis. All levels welcome.

Come carry power with us. No pressure. No performance. Just movement, good people, and a reason to be outside. That’s what we call strength.

Afterwards, stay for refreshments (water, juice, and healthy snacks) provided by our friends at THE WELL. Short on time? No problem—we pass the starting point halfway through, so you can easily join for just 30 minutes.
