The Underline is pleased to offer free insturctor led Pilates powered by Baptist Health Wednesday evenings from 6-7 PM.

Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class is all about flow, strength, and connecting mind and body in a fun, engaging environment.

📍 Location: – Find us just after the crosswalk on SW 8th Street, on SW 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33131

🕒 Cadence & Time: — 5 session series, weekly, 6PM - 7 PM
Transportation:

🚆: Take the Metrorail to Brickell Metrorail Station, exit north, and walk to The Inter Stage, located right before the crossing to 8th street.

🚗 Parking: If you drive, please use nearby public parking lots at Brickell City Centre or Brickell View Terrace Garage.

Biking: Walk or bike (bike racks on The Underline as SW 1st Avenue and SW 1st Street) to The InterStage, located right before the crossing to 8th street.

🌿 What to expect: A 55-minute mat fusion class led by LitPilates. This session combines classical and contemporary Pilates to improve strength, coordination, flexibility, and mind-body connection. Perfect for all levels and done in a supportive, outdoor setting.

✂️ What to bring:

• Exercise mat
• Towel
• Refillable water bottle
• Comfortable clothing for movement

🌧 Weather: This event is outdoors. In case of severe weather, check your email for updates. If there’s a 50% or greater chance of rain, we’ll postpone the event 2 hours beforehand. Thunder or lightning will result in immediate cancellation.
