I was introduced to yoga as a child by my grandmother and have practiced on and off for 40 years. I often find myself informally guiding friends in connecting breath, body and being. Yoga, to me, is an ongoing practice of self-discovery and kindness, both on the mat and in daily life. I explore mindful movement as a way to nurture and benefit the body, wherever you are in your journey.

Whether it’s giving back to the community or admiring a fuzzy bee bum in the garden, I believe in the power of small, intentional actions. Together, we can do many great things. In this practice, we remind ourselves that we don’t have to walk our path alone; support and connection are always within reach.
