Through sound and stillness, we’ll practice letting the body rest while gently allowing your awareness to open in its own time.This is a supportive space whether you’re new to sound baths or simply looking for a simple way to slow down and feel more balanced.
Please bring yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and/or eye mask for the most relaxing and comfortable experience.
