An intimate afternoon designed to reconnect you with your body, inner wisdom, and unseen layers of yourself. This experience weaves together gentle movement, sound healing, aura capture, and nourishment.We’ll begin with a guided movement practice led by Aubrey + Art — intentional and grounding—inviting you to settle into your body & attune to its quieter messages. From there, you’ll be immersed in a sound healing journey, allowing vibration to wash through your nervous system and experience your inner energetic landscape.
Each guest will receive a personal aura photograph with Eileen Lee of Color of Our Energy and Aura Aura, along with her book, The Ultimate Guide to Auras.
Enjoy a beautiful curated lunch, shared in community, grounding the experience back into the physical world with intention and care.
