Creative Movement is a gentle, accessible somatic movement class designed to support stress reduction, flexibility, balance, and long term vitality. This class invites you to reconnect with your body in a way that feels safe, intuitive, and supportive, meeting you exactly where you are.

Guided by Josie, a highly experienced Holistic Practitioner, each session focuses on mindful, intentional movement that nurtures the nervous system while improving mobility and overall body awareness. Movements are adaptable for all body types and all levels of mobility. Whether you are seated, standing, recovering, aging, highly active, or simply seeking a softer way to move, this class is truly for everyone.

Creative Movement is not about performance or perfection. It is about listening to your body, releasing stored tension, and cultivating ease and resilience. Beyond offering immediate relief from stress and stiffness, this practice supports preventative health by promoting joint health, balance, coordination, and sustainable movement patterns that support longevity.

Classes are held every Monday from 11am to 12pm and Friday 1:00pm to 2:00pm and are supported by donation, ensuring this offering remains accessible to the entire community. This is an inclusive, welcoming space where all bodies are honored, and movement becomes a tool for both healing and prevention.
