Join McKenna and Adrienne for a gentle, grounding hour designed to help you reset, relax, and reconnect. McKenna is a Shamanic Reiki Master, Divination Specialist, and Hypnotherapist. Adrienne is a Reiki Master specializing in Sanctuary Cultivation. Together, they weave guided meditation with the soothing resonance of Quartz Crystal Sound Bowls to create a deeply restorative experience.

Each session begins with a smoke cleanse to clear and center the space. From there, we ease into light breathwork, quiet the mind, and move through a systematic full-body relaxation. Every meditation is a little different—shaped by the seasons, the energy of the moment, and the needs of the group—yet always accessible and welcoming.

We close with time to gently debrief, ask questions, or share reflections.

We offer chairs and yoga mats, and you’re encouraged to bring any comfort items that help you settle in—blankets, pillows, eye masks, or whatever supports your body. Our space is inclusive and supportive of all mobility levels and body types. Teens are welcome with an accompanying adult.
