Heavy Metal Qi is a liberating, cathartic movement class for releasing stress, anger, grief, and stored emotional tension—set to a powerful heavy metal playlist. This is a space to move what’s been trapped, reclaim your energy, and come back into balance through embodied expression.

The class weaves Qigong (slow, intentional movements that circulate and regulate energy), somatic movement, and breathwork to support emotional release, physical stability, and energetic clearing. While the music is intense, the movements remain intentional and accessible—offering both grounding and release.

Heavy Metal Qi is ideal for unwinding after the week, discharging excess energy, and reconnecting with your strength and sovereignty. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.
