Thursday Guided Meditation and Sound Healing

Join us for a nurturing Guided Meditation & Sound Healing experience led by Reiki Master Teachers McKenna Sancere and Adrienne Atwood Caldwell. Each session is thoughtfully curated and always a little different—reflecting the unique styles of both facilitators, as well as the shifting seasons and astrological influences.

While the theme may change, what remains consistent is the intention: an energetic cleanse, a gentle nervous system reset, and support for inner balance and healing. Through guided meditation and the resonant tones of 432 hertz quartz crystal singing bowls, you’ll be invited into a deeply restorative state that supports both beginners and experienced meditators alike.

There is something truly special about meditating in community—being held, supported, and uplifted together through sound and shared presence. You are welcome exactly as you are. Yoga mats and chairs are provided to support different body types and mobility needs, and our space is wheelchair accessible. You are also welcome to bring your own preferred yoga mat, blanket, or comfort items if you wish.

This is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where all identities, backgrounds, and spiritual paths are respected and can peacefully coexist.
