Mommy and Me Yoga

Welcome to **Mommy and Me Yoga**! Join us for a fun and relaxing yoga session with your little one at Kate Sessions Memorial Park. This event is the perfect opportunity to bond with your child while practicing mindfulness and relaxation together. No prior yoga experience is necessary, just come with an open mind and a willingness to connect with your child in a new way. Our session will start at 9:00 AM on **Sat May 04, 2024**. Designed for Mamas and their little ones, this gentle session fosters connection through core-work, gentle strengthing, playful yoga stretching, and soothing breath-work. Strengthen your bond with your baby while rejuvenating mind and body in a supportive community!

Please bring a yoga mat, baby carrier, blanket for baby to play on, hat &/or sunglasses, water and maybe some toys for baby if they want to lay on the blanket!
