Mindful Yoga + Meditation at Mission Bay Park

YIN/YANG style classes will be held weekly at Mission Bay Park on the grass to the left of Superbloom cafe (when facing the water). Beginner-friendly classes will focus on connecting breath to movement through a series of strengthening poses and breathwork practices. We will embody both elements of yang (powerful, strengthening) and cool down with yin (soft, gentle movement). All classes will end with a 10 minute guided meditation. This is your time to stretch, connect, nourish, strengthen, breathe, meditate and flow. All you need is to show up with your yoga mat and/or a towel!

I'm a local 230hr RYT certified yoga teacher and Reiki L2 practitioner here in Pacific Beach. I believe yoga is a great tool for healing the mind-body connection and I prefer to lean into the more spiritual side of yoga philosophy-- it's more than just a fun workout 😉

No matter what yoga means to you, or where you are in your level of practice, I welcome you to show up with an open mind and an open heart. Looking forward to flowing with you!
