Momma Lilly & Me is more than a stage play. It is a powerful call to awareness, compassion, and action.
MEET DAISY
At the center of the story is Daisy, a devoted daughter, wife, and mother caring for Momma Lilly as she battles cancer. While trying to hold her family together, Daisy carries the emotional, physical, and financial weight of caregiving until the pressure begins to break her.
WHY THIS STORY MATTERS
Cancer does not affect one person. It reaches entire families. Through honest family dynamics and faith-centered reflection, Momma Lilly & Me brings the often-unseen realities of caregiving to the stage: exhaustion, sacrifice, family tension, financial strain, and the need for support.
The production encourages cancer awareness, proactive health engagement, compassion for caregivers, and the belief that no family should face illness alone.

Cruising Against Cancer is a North Carolina 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting cancer fighters, survivors, and their families through meaningful cruise experiences and community-centered encouragement. All proceeds from this event support CAC's charitable mission.
