Puppy Selection & Development Seminar

Join Chloe & Tyler of Iron Sight K9 for our two-day Puppy Selection & Development Seminar, designed for anyone looking to build a confident, capable working or sport dog from the very beginning.
Whether you’re preparing to bring home your first puppy, already have a young dog, or simply want a better understanding of genetics, temperament, and development, this seminar will provide practical, real-world information you can immediately apply.
We’ll cover everything from selecting the right breeder and evaluating litters to engagement, confidence building, marker training, crate training, toy development, nutrition, socialization, and avoiding common mistakes that can affect a puppy’s future.
This isn’t just a lecture, we’ll have puppies on-site throughout the weekend and will demonstrate evaluations, training techniques, and developmental exercises in real time so you can see exactly what to look for and how to apply these concepts yourself.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own puppies (up to 9 months old) to participate in evaluations and training exercises, though bringing a puppy is not required.
Whether your goals are sport, detection, personal protection, or simply raising the best companion possible, you’ll leave with the knowledge, confidence, and hands-on experience to give your puppy the strongest possible foundation.
Registration will be posted at a later date as well as exact location and other details.
