Cookbook author, TV Chef and presenter Shivia Ramoutar was born in Trinidad, and has made it her culinary mission to twist classic Caribbean dishes and ingredients from her childhood into her own vibrant, fresh and simple recipes.

Join Shivi for an intimate supper club celebrating the flavours, colours, and creativity of the modern Caribbean pantry.

Known for her vibrant, ingredient-forward approach, Shivi will reimagine traditional island staples with playful twists—bringing together comfort, nostalgia, and bold innovation.

Ticket includes welcome drink and multi-course meal. Sample menu:
