Event Intinerary:
2:45pm-3:00pm - Check in at meeting spot (exact location given day of)
3:00pm-3:45pm - Outdoor mat pilates class
3:45pm-4:00pm - Walk over to Pure Infrared Sauna Studio
4:00pm-6:00pm - Cycle through contrast therapy sessions while socializing
6:00pm - Event ends

Contrast therapy sessions (infrared sauna + cold plunge) will be cycled through 3 groups:
First Round - 4:00pm-4:30pm
Second Round - 4:45pm-5:15pm
Third Round - 5:30pm-6:00pm

These sessions will be in GROUPS - we encourage you to socialize with other attendees and this will really help break the ice!

PLEASE BRING: yoga mat, water, change of clothes for contrast therapy session (guys: shorts, girls: bikini or sports bra and shorts); optional - comfortable clothes to wear after contrast therapy session
