Awaken your senses and settle into stillness with a morning practice that weaves together gentle movement and enveloping sound. Held in the tranquil Fountain Court, this unique session offers Kundalini yoga guided by Karen Cringoli of Frequency Wellness, set to the transformative tones of live gong and sound by Harold Taddy (The Gong Situation).
What to Bring:
-Yoga mat, bolsters, layers
-Comfortable socks
-Water bottle with a secure, leak-proof lid (a shared storage cart will be provided)
Important Arrival Details:
-Doors open at 9:00 am
-No late entry will be permitted: All guests must arrive by 9:00 am -to preserve the tranquil nature of the session
-Check-in upstairs no later than 9:15 am to get situated
