Mindful Birth Preparation Workshop for Couples

This workshop isn’t about having the “perfect birth plan.” There will also not be swaddling a baby doll or bouncing on gym balls.

This is for familes who want to prepare for their transition into parenthood, physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially.

Through hands-on activities and the rich experience of a Childbirth Educator and a Financial Consultant to young families, you’ll learn practical tools to navigate birth, strengthen your relationship, and welcome your unborn child with greater confidence and presence. We will explore:

• Step-by-Step ⁠how labour unfolds physiologically
• Understand vaginal birth and caesarean birth without fear or judgement
• Pain-coping and breathing practices for labour, better rest and nervous system regulation
• Practical ways partners can provide physical and emotional support
• Understand the emotional realities of postpartum recovery
• Prepare your own family's postpartum transition plan
• ⁠Understand "why" new parents are tired and sleep deprived
• Reconcile and strengthen your relationship
• Document your family values and hopes within
• Bridge conversations about emotional presence & financial preparedness
• Establish a Legacy Blueprint on Beneficiaries & Guardianship
• ⁠An open sharing circle where you can ask anything in a safe, supportive space

Pre-Workshop Preparation

Upon registration, you will join a WhatsApp group and receive a collection of video resources.

Please try your best to watch the videos before attending.

The videos will provide you with the foundation so that our time together can focus on discussion, practice, and your individual questions instead of covering basic information.
