FROM EFFORT TO EASE

A Yin × Yang Yoga Practice with Fugen

Begin with purposeful movement. Build warmth through a steady Yang flow, then gradually transition into longer Yin holds - allowing effort to soften into stillness.

Created for those learning when to push and when to soften, this 60-minute practice explores strength, balance and release. Come as you are; variations will be offered for different bodies and levels of experience.
