This Group Will Help Individuals Identify Their Strengths , Qualities, What Makes Them Unique and All the Good Things About Themselves, That They Have Failed To See Before.
It is Intended to Be a Small Group, so Spaces are Limited to 9.
This also allows for parking at the Venue as Parking is Limited at the Venue.

Week 1 - 5th November 2024 - What is Anxiety ? How Anxiety Affects The Mind, Body & Spirit.
Week 2 - 12th November 2024 - Breathing Techniques
Week 3 - 19th November 2024 - Meditation
Week 4 - 26thNovember 2024 - Challenging Negative / Intrusive / Automatic Thoughts.
Week 5 - 3rd December 2024 - Mindfulness.
Week 6 - 10th December 2024 -Coping Strategies & Future Proofing.

These Sessions are Presented as a Slide Show, (PowerPoint) and Utilises a Variety Of Techniques so You Can Explore a Variety of Fun & Creative Ways to Understand Yourself & Become a Better Version Of Yourself, including Self- Reflection Propmpts - Unpack Your Experiences & Connect Them To New Lessons. Deepen Your Understanding of Self & Utilise in Your Everyday Life.
The Resources Have Been Mindfully Created By a Mental Health Practitioner, To Help You Develop a Stronger Sense of Self, Increase Self-Esteem and Nurture Your Personal Growth.
Each Week a Different Aspect is Explored and each Session Concludes with a 30 Minute Meditation - No Previous Experience Necessary!
