Mind and Body for Mental Health Awareness

Come join lululemon for a morning flow practice with our ambassador, Gilbert Valenzuela, that will be accessible to all levels. We will touch on some meditation, some breath work, and move through postures that stretch and strengthen our bodies, minds, and spirits.

Following up your morning flow, we will have our store open for a private shop before hours. Light refreshments with be provided. Please bring your own mat and meet us in store, at The Mall of Green Hills, and be ready to begin at 8:00am.
