Cherish is a sanctuary in the heart of the city. A place where everyone is welcome.

We are a community united by a shared aspiration to support anyone and everyone to live well.

Join us from 1:00 to 1:30 PM every Weekday for a guided meditation and moment of calm.

Just show up! No registration required.

You are welcome to stay afterwards for a cup of tea.

All meditations are offered free of charge. Donations are warmly appreciated.
