We begin by opening the space with gentle guided breathwork and grounding meditation, inviting you to relax and shift from the mind into the body. This helps you settle your nervous system, deepen presence, and prepare for the journey ahead.

Flowing into our Cacao Ceremony, we drink ceremonial cacao with mindful intention, honouring this plant for its heart-opening effects. Followed by guided meditation, a soft journey into your heart space — a moment to listen inward, receive, and reconnect.

We transition into a calming Sound Journey with high-frequency music and sound bowl to support emotional and energetic integration. Soothing your system and guiding you into deep stillness. Closing with silence to integrate the experience.
