Sunday Satsang is a gentle gathering featuring guided meditation, nourishing silence, short uplifting readings, and simple soulful song or mantra. It’s an oasis of calm in the city—simple, sincere, and welcoming to all. No experience is needed.
Satsang is primarily “being in the company of truth” gathering for silence, contemplation, readings/teachings, and heartfelt sharing.

- Spacious sound meditation (bowls, harmonium, mantra, handpan, gongs, koshi chimes, rainstick)—offered for inner experience, not as a performance
