Celebrate the first days of summer with an uplifting morning of movement, mindfulness, connection, and community at Miami Flow State — a special International Yoga Day and Summer Solstice gathering hosted by Heartspace Collective and powered by lululemon.
Set against the beautiful backdrop of SLS LUX Brickell, this experience is designed to help you move, reset, and reconnect as we welcome a new season with intention.
What to Expect
10:00 AM – Opening Cacao Ceremony
Ground into the experience with a heart-opening cacao ritual led by Cacao Sol.
10:30 AM – Pilates Sculpt + Yoga Flow
A dynamic 45-minute fusion class led by Carey Fullilove and Sarita Shimizu, blending strength-building Pilates with an energizing yoga flow to awaken the body and elevate your energy.
11:15 AM – Savasana Sound Bath
Melt into deep relaxation with a restorative sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system and leave you feeling renewed.
11:30 AM – 2:00 PM – Altitude Bazaar Wellness Market
