Yoga at the Kampong Botanical Garden (Coconut Grove)

Join us for a soulful outdoor yoga class at The Kampong Botanical Gardens in Coconut Grove, one of the most beautiful settings in all of Miami. Practice in the open air covered studio under tropical palms and rare fruit trees, surrounded by the quiet beauty of a National Tropical Botanical Garden.

The Class

All levels welcome. Expect a slow, intentional flow led by Sam Reynolds, founder of Cafe Namaste. Classes blend breath, movement, and mindfulness in a setting designed to help you slow down and reconnect with nature. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you'll leave feeling grounded, open, and at ease. Beginners are welcome.

What to Bring
