Men’s Somatic Breathwork

Join us for a yoga and breathwork experience in a safe and inclusive environment for men in the GBTQ+ community.

This event will allow for you to connect deeper with your mind and body through gentle movement and somatic breathwork, also known as holotropic breathwork. This type of breathing can be deeply profound and cathartic, allowing for you to tap into deeper parts of yourself, shed, and release what no longer serves you.

The work can be subtle or intense. There’s no expectation, just an invitation to meet yourself where you're at.
