MEN'S YOGA 4-WEEK BLOCK

This is different to previous Men's Yoga 5wk COURSES in that the courses had us gradually build up our skills, stamina, strength and flexibility culminating in a complete class in the final week.

This 4wk BLOCK sees us practice a different class EVERY WEEK. It will be challenging in more ways than one.

Suitable for those with an established regular practice, those who have completed a Men's Yoga 5wk COURSE, or those with a reasonable level of fitness up for a challenge.

About your teacher

Keith Kempis is the Founder and Director of BIJA Yoga and the BIJA Yoga Teacher-Training Program. Keith has been practicing yoga since his early teens as a way to cope with adolescence, and this deep curiosity eventually led Keith to study with Jivamukti Yoga founders, Sharon Gannon and David Life, being one of the first Australians ever to complete their renowned teacher-training program in upstate New York.

Keith also eventually became one of the first Advanced Certified Jivamukti teachers in Australia and helped establish the Jivamukti Yoga Studios in Newtown in 2008-2017.

Keith has taught yoga in New York, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines, India and Thailand, and regularly leads international retreats, yoga intensives and yoga holidays.

This is his 27th year as a yoga teacher.
