Bija Yoga Yin Yoga practitioner and teacher Loren Nixon is your Friday evening Yin Yoga host.

Her classes are aimed at working sequentially with the meridians and their mental, emotional and physical qualities. This deeply restorative and restful practice will absolutely be suitable for beginners. Experienced practitioners will also enjoy these classes.

About your teacher

Loren has been practising yoga for almost a decade and teaching for over 5 years. Loren loves introducing new people to the wonderful world of Yin Yoga and allowing them the time and space to bring awareness into their bodies, mind and spirit. She enjoys spending time with her husband, dancing in her car to RnB Fridays and is an avid online shopper.
