The Twilight Triathlon Training Series is back for another season!The series will be held at Penrith Regatta Centre for all triathletes to practice doing a complete triathlon without the pressure of a race. There will also be the option to join in Triathlon specific skills sessions to help you improve.

No matter your level of experience in triathlon, we have an option to suit everyone.
Pick a combination of distances that suit you and you can create your own format.
Pick your Swim Distance
100m, 250m, 500m or 750m
Pick your Bike Distance
5km, 10km, 15km or 20km
Pick your Run Distance
1km, 2km, 3km, 4km or 5km
