About this Event
Menopause Cafe (Olympia)
This is a small, informal gathering for women who want a place to talk honestly about menopause, midlife health, and what’s shifting in their bodies.
We’ll cover what’s actually coming up in real life:
- energy and fatigue
- sleep changes
- weight and body composition
- blood sugar and cravings
- brain fog, focus, and long-term brain health
There’s no lecture and nothing to prepare. This isn’t a class—it’s a guided conversation. I’ll help keep things grounded and practical, but the value comes from hearing what others are experiencing and sharing what’s working.
The group is intentionally small (max 11 people) so it feels comfortable and not overwhelming.
This stage of life can feel like a real transition point. Many women find it’s both challenging and unexpectedly clarifying—a time where some of the old patterns (like people-pleasing or putting yourself last) start to shift. It can be uncomfortable, but it can also be a meaningful reset—where you begin to take care of yourself in a more direct, sustainable way, and move into the next phase of life with more clarity and intention.
You don’t need to be “in menopause” to come. Many women are in perimenopause or just starting to notice changes. This is a space to talk about all of it—including what comes after menopause and how to support your health long-term.
I’m a registered dietitian and work locally with women on metabolism, blood sugar, and midlife health. This group is not a medical visit, but if you’ve been wanting more individualized support, it’s a good way to get a feel for how I work.
