This morning ritual is designed to quiet the chatter... the mental noise, the nervous system static... so your inner knowing can rise to the surface. Through somatic grounding practices, guided meditation, and an immersive live sound bath, Hillary Myers of Soluna Soundworks creates a container for you to drop in, clear out, and come home to yourself.

Held in gorgeous upstairs dance studio blessed by a curated crystal altar, this session weaves together cosmic intention and nervous system science. You'll leave more present, more open, and more connected to the intuition that was always there — just in time to explore the rest of the day.

After the sound bath, stay and celebrate World Tarot Day at the Mystic Faire. Browse the mystic marketplace, sit with an intuitive reader, and move through the magic of the day already open and attuned. The faire runs 10:00am–4:00pm, and your ticket supports the Women's Club of Olympia and their mission in the community.

Small cushions, chairs, and eye masks will be available. Please bring along anything that will help you to feel most comfortable resting on the floor. Most people like to bring a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow.
