Meditation Workshop - Come join us and explore various types of Meditation
Creating Calm in our busy, overstimulating world is more important than ever. Particularly with the rise in mental health and stress related illnesses.
In this workshop you will learn the scientifically backed benefits of Meditation.
We will explore various types of meditation so you can find a style that suits your needs and can take your practice home confidently to build a consistent practice.
Whilst this is a beginner focused workshop, well-seasoned Meditators are welcome to join us to refresh and deepen and reignite their practice.
We will explore:
Walking meditation, Open awareness, Breathing Meditation, Mala Meditation, A full body
relaxation and guided meditation and finish off with Yoga Nidra
A Workbook & Mala will be provided for you to take home to support your journey.
