In today’s busy world, many of us are looking for simple and effective ways to reduce stress, improve focus and reconnect with inner peace.
Now in North Lakes, Heartfulness Institute is offering an opportunity to experience Meditation, a gentle heart-based meditation practice that helps calm the mind and nurture emotional balance.
During these sessions you will be introduced to three simple practices:
Relaxation - Simple technique to consciously relax the body from toes to head. It helps release physical tension and calms the mind before meditation.
Meditation - Heartfulness meditation is a heart-centered practice. It helps to relax and connect with inner source. It leads to self-transformation, reduces stress and foster inner peace by focusing on the heart's light and wisdom.
Rejuvenation (Cleaning) - A practical technique to release emotional heaviness and mental stress accumulated throughout the day.
These sessions are suitable for beginners as well as anyone curious about meditation. No prior experience is required.
You will learn techniques that you can easily integrate into daily life.
What to Expect
