Are you a holistic practitioner who uses (or would like to use) meditation in your offerings? Would like to deepen your knowledge of how to lead your clients into altered states of consciousness in order for healing to be more effective?Join Sage Sanctuary founder, Cory Bailey-Fernandez in this 3 hour workshop as we learn all aspects of leading our own meditations with ease and confidence, including:
-How to lead a relaxation meditation (great for pre-reiki or pre-sound bath)
-How to go deeper by guiding your clients into Theda Brainwave (aka- the subconscious, where healing is most accessible)
-What to do with busy minded clients
-Tone, word inflection, rhythm and cadence
-Subject matter for the different types of minds/people
-and much More.
Be able to expand your skills and offerings in complete confidence.
*Please dress comfortably and bring a notebook, pen, water, and an open mind. You will not only be guided through a meditation, you'll also be practicing the tools you learn here.
