Intuitive Practices ~ Is it mine, or is it theirs?Katy’s Intuitive Practices Series continues with “Is it mine, or is it theirs”~distinguishing between your own thoughts and fears verses feeling spirit or someone else’s energy.
By having a group to practice with your confidence in our own abilities will grow, as well as your own understanding of what you may already be experiencing. Our class is led by in-house Reiki Master Teacher Katy Russell, who keeps the evening in light, guiding with only messages of healing and love.
Learning to trust your own inner guidance and being able to decipher the differences in energy is not only helpful in spiritual practice but also in everyday life. Once you’re in tune with your own abilities, you can use this intuition as a compass to help guide your own life.
Please bring a journal and something to write with. Water is always recommended. Kindly refrain from wearing any perfumes or heavy scents.
