Stilling the mind can bring you a sense of peace and stillness - spaciousness away from the complication of life - and can bring so many benefits for all the systems of the body. Research has shown that stress related conditions can be reduced considerably by practising meditation.This simple meditation class will do just that - try to keep things simple. By exploring our awareness of the breath, body, the senses, the elements and with mindfulness and mantra, we will experience ways to access the stillness. Without pressure. Life is pressured enough.
It's £8 for the Meditation class, but if you come to Naomi's Yoga class beforehand at 6:30pm, you can come to Meditation free!
