Yin classes are a way to relax and rejuvenate truly; they can be deeply nourishing but at the same time challenging. It centres itself around a meditative practice, taking you deeper into your own body for an exploration of self. Stillness and gentle enquiry, are prioritised over the achievement of the pose. Poses are held for longer; the sequence is slower and as a result, it may be possible for you to go deeper into your relationship with yourself.
This class is suitable for any body and open to all, props will be used for a deeper emphasis on relaxation and restoration.
