Colchester Makerspace Socials are free of charge, include a short introduction to Colchester Makerspace, an opportunity to meet some of our members and associate artists and hear a short show-and-tell from our this month's Maker of the Month.

This month's Maker of the Month is , a maker and educator and long term tenant at Cuckoo Farm Studios. She combines her making with a career in education and is Dean of Performance Arts, University of the Arts London.

This Social is part of a city wide programme called - a new monthly festival with events throughout Colchester city centre! The festival celebrates the city’s vibrant and diverse cultural scene, seeing venues across the city thrown open for the community, with fantastic performances, workshops and interactive experiences.
