Weekly meditation classes at Cowper Cottage Meditation and Healing Centre
This Starter Class will run each week on Tuesday morning from 10.00 to 11.30 at a cost of $90 for a 6 week series. Classes commence Tuesday 9 September and will be limited to a maximum of 10 students per group.
If you find that this class is not for you after week 2, I will be happy to provide a full refund.
The techniques I teach are particularly helpful for those sensitive souls who feel everyone else’s emotions, who are exhausted in crowds and those who have people in their lives that they love, but who drain their energy each time they see them.
I offer this course as a series over 6 weeks to build basic skills. This will assist students to go from feeling stressed, overwhelmed by life, or disconnected from self, to having the skills to restore a sense of calm, peace and connection to their authentic self. The course will also provide a strong foundation for those wishing to further develop a deeper connection through meditation, gain an understanding of the chakras and energetic body, and discover the power of their intuitive skills in future courses.
