Here at the Zen Den we are continuing to sprinkle oooodles of loving HEALING vibes to keep our zen seekers healthy throughout the winter months✨️ This month we are helping you to embrace the darker days ✨️ with an EXTENDED evening of Meditation and Reiki healing.
The theme is Hygge✨️ which is a Danish practice and it's all about cosiness and surrounding yourself with the things that make life good, like friendship, laughter and security, as well as things like warmth, light, seasonal food and drink. All with a focus on general well-being.
✨️ You will be guided through a gentle meditation practice where there will be a focus on emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
This is Hygge time just for you, to just melt and relax.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
🌙 Choose an essential oil blend to help to promote relaxation
🌙 Receive spiritual guidance from the healing ORACLE cards
🌙 Relax into the sound of the SAMANIC DRUM as we invite your own team of guides and helpers to support you
🌙 A healing MEDITATION for wellbeing
🌙 Deep healing with the FREQUENCIES of the crystal singing bowls
🌙 Be open to the healing VIBRATIONS as I send out with love to each of you individually
🌙 Set your divine intention and come with an open heart to be receptive to HEALING
🌙 Closing our practice with a shot of warming GINGERBREAD TEA and a mince pie
