🧡 I will be activating, by pressing very lightly on your head, certain ACTIVATION points to bring deeper healing
🧡 CRYSTALS will be placed on your body as lie on your mat
🧡 Working my way around the room I will gently guide you through a short VISUALISATION to relax
🧡 Using the Crystal and Tibetan bowls I will work over each of you individually to BALANCE energy centres and emotions
🧡 A warming shot of herbal tea to RELAX and end the practice
